When will I be charged for the product I am buying? When you place your order, we will “authorize” the amount of the payment but your call will not be charged. What this means is that the funds for the payment will be “held” as approved, but will not be debited from the credit card. We will confirm that the item is in stock and your card will only be charged when this is confirmed and the order process is initiated. Please consult our SHIPPING section.
- How soon will my items be shipped?
If your order is in stock, we will to proceed to process the charges to your credit card, and the item will ship within 5 business days from the date of your order. For more details please check our SHIPPING Policies.
- How do I track my purchase?
- We will send you an email with the Tracking Information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. This email will have all the details and the estimated date of delivery. If you do not receive Tracking Information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@perfecthomeoffices.com. You will also receive periodic emails informing you of the status of your purchase, shipping date and carrier.

What happens if the item arrives damaged? Shipping damage happens very rarely, but in the case any visible damage is observed on your item(s), we will certainly replace it at no additional cost. However, you have to contact us IMMEDIATELY at 954-536-2622, and send us an email with the photos to returns@perfecthomeoffices.com . Make detailed notes on the delivery documentation and take photos of the damage. Please check our SHIPPING under “Damages” for more details.

What happens if I want to return my purchase? If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your product, please contact us at returns@perfecthomeoffices.com and follow the procedure outlined in RETURNS & EXCHANGES. We will do our best to expedite your return process, but please note that all returned items MUST be authorized by a RMA#. The return address to ship your item back will be included with the RMA#. This RMA# will be emailed back to you within 3 to 5 business days after we receive your Request Form. Please print it and follow the instructions in this document.
